Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Plan A Wealth Management is a faith-based wealth management and financial planning firm made up of independent thinkers, working together to accomplish a shared vision – helping our clients live a life full of meaning. We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who will provide a high level of professionalism with an exuberantly engaging and can-do attitude, keeping our office running efficiently.

What you do:

  • Greet guests and maintain a clean and professional client waiting area
  • Route incoming calls
  • General office management, including but not limited to, overseeing office supplies, coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as data entry, balancing financial records, distributing mail
  • Occasional event planning and travel booking

What you need:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Punctual and dependable (non-negotiable)
  • Enjoys working as part of a team collaborating toward a team goal, while autonomously taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus points:

  • Previous work history within financial services or investment management
  • Marketing and graphic design experience
