Deb grew up on a farmstead near Aurora, Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln for her undergraduate studies. She then worked for a Fortune 500 financial corporation for over 30 years, during which time she earned a master’s degree from Concordia University in Business Intelligence, along with multiple financial and human resource professional designations. She has serviced customers, agents, and employees in various roles both locally and internationally.
Deb and her husband, Jason, have been married 31 years. They have two grown children, Geoffrey and Isabella. They now share their home with their four-legged companions Zeus and Riley. In her spare time, Deb enjoys traveling and has been to 19 countries so far. Christmas Markets in France and Germany are magical. A few other favorite places include Grand Cayman, Paris, Quebec City, Bruges, and Kyoto. Deb also has a passion for cooking and Husker athletics, especially women’s volleyball.
